Current Status
Program Overview
Book More Jobs, LLC d/b/a Trade Bookkeeping Pro ("Trade Bookkeeping Pro," "we," "us," or "our") intends to offer a text message (SMS) program so we can reach you quickly about your bookkeeping engagement once carrier registration is complete. These SMS Terms and Conditions describe how that program will work. By opting in when the program launches, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
How You Opt In
We will send text messages only after you give prior express written consent, for example by checking a clearly labeled, unchecked-by-default box and providing your mobile number, or by texting us first. Your consent will be specific to Trade Bookkeeping Pro.
Opting in will not be a condition of purchase. You will be able to buy and use our services without agreeing to receive text messages. We may still send essential service communications by email.
Message Types & Frequency
If you opt in when the program launches, you may receive messages such as:
- Onboarding steps, such as a reminder to sign your Engagement Letter or authorize QuickBooks access
- Document reminders during the monthly bookkeeping cycle
- Monthly close delivery notifications
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Seasonal bookkeeping and tax-season readiness notices
Message frequency will vary based on where you are in your engagement. We will cap messages at no more than three per day across all of our programs combined.
Cost
Trade Bookkeeping Pro will not charge you for text messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. Opting out by text stops SMS only; you may still receive email unless you opt out of that separately.
If you want to rejoin later, opt in again using any of the methods above.

Sending Hours
We will send text messages only during reasonable hours in your local time. Our policy is a conservative window of 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the recipient's local time, and we honor stricter limits where state law requires them. Time-sensitive transactional messages may follow applicable legal windows.
Carriers & Delivery
Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy
We treat your mobile number as confidential. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use it only to send the messages described here and to operate the program. For full details, see our Privacy Policy. We retain consent and opt-out records as required by law.
